1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkoko ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://pkoko.bio and all associated subdomains and services (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkoko platform — including but not limited to its sportsbook, casino, live dealer tables, slots, payment portal, and promotional systems — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to comply with all provisions contained herein.

The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. pkoko employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be merged or suspended at pkoko's sole discretion.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

pkoko is committed to operating a secure and responsible platform. In accordance with this commitment, all account holders are required to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed and, where applicable, before bonus eligibility is confirmed.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. pkoko does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

13. Account Suspension and Termination
